Eligibility

This website is intended for U.S. audiences. To subscribe to our newsletter or optional SMS program, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and provide accurate information. Use an email address you control and, if you choose SMS, a U.S. mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Additional SMS eligibility requirements are set out in our SMS Terms.

Reading articles does not require a subscription. Eligibility to make a political contribution is determined by applicable law and the recipient’s requirements, not by eligibility to subscribe to this publication.

Email newsletter

The newsletter includes Genuine SC news and occasional promotional emails. Email consent, agreement to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, and confirmation that you are at least 18 are required to subscribe. SMS consent is optional. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email once delivery is active.

Subscription availability and consent

Email and SMS delivery have not started. The website saves pending requests only and does not verify control of the submitted email address or number. You may withdraw a pending request by any reasonable method, as described below.

Email newsletter — required: I agree to receive the Genuine SC newsletter and occasional promotional emails from Genuine SC at the email address provided. I can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Privacy and terms — required: I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Age — required: I confirm I am at least 18 years old.

Optional SMS program

SMS enrollment is a separate, optional choice. It is not a condition of purchase, newsletter subscription, donation, or website access. For message frequency, STOP and HELP, carrier availability and disclaimers, eligibility, and mobile data non-sharing, read our separate SMS Terms.

SMS sending hours

We send program marketing text messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time zone. Messages scheduled outside this window are deferred until the next permitted sending window. Where applicable law requires a narrower window, we follow that restriction. These sending hours apply when SMS delivery becomes active.

Revoking consent

You may revoke messaging consent or withdraw a pending subscription request at any time by any reasonable method that clearly communicates your wish to stop messages. Examples include replying STOP or another clear opt-out request to a text once SMS delivery is active, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting support@wlecapital.com. These methods are not exclusive, and no specific wording is required.

We honor revocation requests as soon as practicable within the period required by applicable law. SMS consent revocation will be processed within a reasonable time, no later than 10 business days after receipt, or sooner if applicable law requires. A withdrawn pending request will not be activated. You may request cancellation of email, SMS, or both; we honor the scope of your request. Withdrawing consent does not affect access to this website.

Editorial content and article access

Genuine SC is a political news publisher. Current articles are illustrative samples, not reports of actual events. Reporting about campaign fundraising is editorial content, not a request for contributions. We do not offer campaign services. Optional Donate links lead directly to the named recipient’s external contribution page. Genuine SC does not collect or process donations. Review the recipient’s terms and payment details on its website.

All sample articles are available in full without an account, SMS consent, or an access cookie. A donation on a recipient’s website does not enroll you in our SMS program.

Political contributions

Contributions to political organizations are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Intellectual property

Original text, website design, branding, and other materials created by GENUINE SC LLC belong to the company. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may access and read the website and retain copies for your personal, noncommercial use. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant a license to use our branding.

Except as permitted by law, an applicable license, or the rights holder’s permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially distribute protected materials. Do not remove copyright or attribution notices. Nothing in these Terms restricts fair use or other rights provided by law.

Party names, logos, and other trademarks appearing in our coverage belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the organizations in news reporting and commentary. Their appearance does not indicate affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not submit unauthorized numbers, interfere with the service, or attempt to access other subscribers’ information.

Limitation of liability

The website provides general editorial information and illustrative articles. It does not provide personalized legal, financial, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. External websites and contribution transactions are controlled by their respective operators; we do not process donations or control those operators’ services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GENUINE SC LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use the website. This exclusion does not apply to consumer claims where prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not waive statutory consumer protections or remedies.

Governing law

These Terms and disputes arising from them or your use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would select another state’s law. Applicable federal law also applies. This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Disputes

If you have a concern, you may contact support@wlecapital.com with a description so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us is voluntary and does not delay or restrict your right to file a claim or seek urgent relief.

A dispute may be brought before a state or federal court with jurisdiction in New Jersey. This provision does not prevent you from using an eligible small-claims court, another forum required by applicable law, or contacting a regulator or consumer protection agency. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive jury-trial or class-action rights.

See our Privacy Policy for information about subscription records and your choices. Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes to the messaging purpose require appropriate renewed consent.
